My name is Siobhan and I am an experienced UKCP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist practising in Norfolk and London.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a wide variety of issues and concerns that are explored in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, for individuals and couples.
I am currently providing counselling and clinical supervision via video call .
Most of us experience difficulties at some point in our lives. It may be due to a painful event such as a bereavement, or ongoing relationship problems or it may even be a more generalised feeling of, low self esteem, depression or anxiety.
Sometimes sharing difficult feelings with friends or family doesn't seem like an option for fear of judgement or shame, and struggling alone may not enable us to gain resolution.
If you want to feel differently, and hope for a happier and more fulfilled life, exploring your difficulties through counselling/ psychotherapy can be a powerful and effective way of bringing about positive change.
Taking the first step and making contact can feel a little daunting, but many people feel relieved once they have done so.

I have almost 20 years of clinical experience and i offer individuals long term open-ended psychotherapy as well as short term issue focused counselling for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to live the life you hope for and to find your true potential.
